Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to fill a critical role within our organization. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a global IT support environment, with hands-on expertise in monitoring tools and network equipment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide L1 level technical support for Global IT infrastructure.
  • Utilize tools like SolarWinds, Manage Engine, Cisco Prime, NAGIOS to monitor network performance.
  • Perform proactive monitoring of Cisco R&S, HP Aruba, Ruckus Wireless, WAN and ISP links.
  • Conduct bandwidth utilization analysis and generate availability and trend reports.
  • Respond to alerts/notifications configured in monitoring systems.
  • Execute basic network operations: VLAN creation, port/user mapping, DHCP, wireless connectivity troubleshooting, etc.
  • Coordinate with ISPs and third-party vendors for issue resolution.
  • Foster collaboration with teams using ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, Change & Configuration Management.
  • Work with ticketing tools like ServiceNow for issue tracking and resolution.
  • Required Skills:
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience with Global IT support operations is essential.
  • Proficiency in monitoring and ticketing tools is crucial.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • A solid understanding of the ITIL framework and associated processes.
  • CCNA certification is a significant advantage.
