Network Professional Sought

We are looking for a skilled network specialist to take on a challenging role. As a network specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Management & Monitoring:
  • Monitor network devices hourly/daily for availability and utilization.
  • Prepare and maintain network device inventory.
  • Security Operations:
  • Manage firewall access across environments.
  • Implement IP whitelisting and block malware IPs as per security guidelines.
  • Review and update firewall rule bases.
  • Monitor security logs and deploy security signatures.
  • Configuration & Backup:
  • Take and restore backups of network devices.
  • Modify VLAN configurations on L2 switches.
  • Reset network device passwords.
  • Access Management:
  • Deactivate user access when they're off-role.
  • Review and report on admin access.
  • Load Balancer Operations:
  • Configure and back up load balancers.
  • Create new application rules.
  • Incident & Change Management:
  • Handle incidents via email/calls.
  • Prepare and implement change requests.
  • Coordinate with vendors for troubleshooting.
  • Cloud Awareness:
  • Familiarity with cloud firewalls/security.
  • Understanding of virtualization concepts.
