Job Description

A highly experienced Senior Network Architecture Specialist is required to design, implement and maintain complex network infrastructures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network architecture, with experience in designing and implementing secure network architectures using Cisco Meraki-based networks (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless).

Additionally, the successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls (Panorama, GlobalProtect VPN, threat management) and expertise in Microsoft Azure networking (VNETs, NSG, Azure Firewall, ExpressRoute, VPN).

The role requires a solid understanding of network security principles, routing, and switching. Familiarity with Zero Trust security model and cloud-native security controls is also essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement secure network architectures using Cisco Meraki-based networks (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless).
  • Manage and administer Palo Alto firewalls including policies, VPNs, threat prevention, and logging.
  • Implement Azure networking solutions (VNETs, NSGs, Load Balancers, Application Gateways, VPN/ExpressRoute).
  • Monitor and optimize network performance, reliability, and security across hybrid environments.
  • Perform incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for network/security issues.
  • Ensure compliance with security best practices, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki (firewalls, switches, wireless).
  • Proficiency in Palo Alto Networks firewalls (Panorama, GlobalProtect VPN, threat management).
  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure networking (VNETs, NSG, Azure Firewall, ExpressRoute, VPN).
  • Solid understanding of network security principles, routing, and switching.
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust security model and cloud-native security controls.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Splunk, Azure Monitor, etc.).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
