Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Network Security Specialist to spearhead our engineering efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable network architectures that align with our business objectives.
  • Participate in the analysis and response to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) from potential clients, developing and executing Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
  • Provide technical support for our network infrastructure, including troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring security best practices.
  • Lead network-related projects from inception to completion, managing resources, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage a team of network engineers, offering technical guidance, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure timely deployment of system enhancements, migrations, and optimizations.
  • Perform integration with existing systems and conduct service validation prior to handover to the Service Operations team.
  • Guarantee that engineering projects are completed within target dates, budget, and agreed scope.
  • Optimize application performance through tuning and automation.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of networking technologies, including SDWAN, SD Security, SSE, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, QoS, Multicast, and switching.
  • Experience with at least two SSE products - Versa, Palo Alto Prisma, Zscaler, Netskope.
  • Experience with at least one Cloud Service Provider - AWS, Azure, GCP.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
  • Proven ability to lead a team of network engineers.
  • Experience in cloud infrastructure, application architecture, and deployment.
  • Knowledge of network security and its applications.

  • A quick learner in keeping up-to-date with technology trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure and unsupervised, meeting multiple deadlines to address multiple issues.
  • Ability to build consensus and agreement between different parties.
  • High level of written and spoken accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated team player with ability to work independently.
  • Willingness for continuous improvement.
