Job Title: Network Infrastructure Specialist

Duration: 6-15 Years of Experience in IT.

Levels: Executive, Assistant Manager, Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor network health and ensure maximum efficiency through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for enhancement, tuning, and improvement to increase network performance and uptime.
  • Rapidly respond to incidents and conduct effective troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Routers (Cisco), Switches (Aruba or Cisco Nexus), Palo Alto Firewalls, Load Balancers (F5) or Proxies (Zscaler or Netskope).
  • Experience with UNIX, Linux, Windows operating systems, SNMP protocols, and Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of IP networking, internet technologies, and security best practices is highly desirable.

Desirable Skills and Certifications:

  • CCNP or CCIE certification in Network Security or Routing.
  • Substantial experience in multiple network/network security platforms and architectures.

  • Can handle user requests and involve in ad-hoc enhancements to improve the network infrastructure.
  • Has a strong analytical mindset and can troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.

  • This role requires a mix of operational and implementation experience in network administration and management.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to take ownership of critical network issues until resolution and provide timely communication to stakeholders.
