Training Program Manager
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive training programs for Beauty Advisors, field sales teams, and retail partners.
This role involves developing curriculum and SOPs for various topics, including product knowledge, shade matching, regimen building, hygiene, visual merchandising fundamentals, and claims guidelines.
You will create multi-format content such as presentations, playbooks, videos, and quizzes in English and Hindi.
In addition to this, you will conduct train-the-trainer sessions, provide field coaching, organize roadshows, and host monthly masterclasses.
You will collaborate with the NPD/R&D team to translate technical information into accurate demos and ensure compliant claims.
Other responsibilities include setting up learning management systems, tracking training progress, reporting impact, storing audits, and managing regional trainers.
To be successful in this role, candidates should have 6-10 years of experience in beauty/personal-care retail training, a strong understanding of makeup and skincare, bilingual skills in English and Hindi, and data-driven skills with advanced Excel knowledge.
