Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Learning and Development expert to spearhead the growth of our enterprise customers' learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute holistic learning strategies that drive employee performance and engagement.
  • Design comprehensive training programs for employees, customers, and partners, leveraging cutting-edge digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align L&D initiatives with organisational objectives.
Digital Learning Execution
  • Implement and manage eLearning content, blended learning solutions, and live training sessions.
  • Utilize analytics to monitor program effectiveness and inform data-driven improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to embed learning into workflows.
  • Guide subject matter experts and trainers to deliver impactful learning content.

Successful candidates will possess:

  • 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in mid-to-large enterprises.
  • Proven expertise with digital learning ecosystems and LMS platforms.
  • Strong track record of implementing scalable L&D programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Exposure to customer training or partner enablement is highly desirable.
