Our organization seeks a skilled Digital Design Test specialist to join our team. We are looking for an experienced professional with expertise in developing and implementing Digital Front-end Test (DFT) architectures for complex ASIC/SoC designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement DFT architectures for ASIC/SoC designs, ensuring seamless integration of digital design principles.
  • Design and verify scan chains, boundary scan (JTAG), MBIST, LBIST, and other test structures to ensure thorough fault coverage.
  • Collaborate closely with RTL and physical design teams to guarantee successful integration of DFT features.
  • Generate and validate test patterns using ATPG tools for stuck-at, transition, and path delay faults, achieving optimal test quality.
  • Perform fault simulation and coverage analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support silicon bring-up and debug of test-related issues, working closely with ATE teams to resolve production testing challenges.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in DFT engineering or related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital design principles, including DFT architecture and implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
