Job Title: Planning, Production, and Controlling Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced planning professional to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products while maintaining profitability.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of cost accounting, pricing models, and financial controlling. A proven ability to analyze data and present actionable insights is essential. Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting is also required.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and effective communication. The successful candidate will have strong coordination skills across these teams and experience working in high-SKU environments and channel-driven businesses.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement effective production plans, taking into account market demand, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
  • Maintain accurate records of production costs, including material costs, labor costs, and overheads.
  • Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in product controlling, costing, or business finance in sanitaryware, faucets, FMCG, or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting, pricing models, and financial controlling.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
