Job Description

At our company, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Studio Operations Coordinator to support our creative team in India.

In this role, you will work closely with Creative Leads to coordinate multiple projects, manage resources, and ensure content is delivered on time. You will collaborate extensively with the production team to develop production strategies that meet project goals and objectives.

  • Budget Planning: Plan and manage production budgets to align with project goals and financial constraints.
  • Project Coordination: Work across multiple projects, coordinating resources and timelines to ensure smooth operations.
  • Dashboard Maintenance: Maintain a centralized dashboard to track project details and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Resource Management: Evaluate resource needs and recommend appropriate staffing solutions for studio requests.
  • Creative Partnership: Collaborate with the team to develop production strategies that support the creative vision.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition: Assist in recruiting and hiring talent to meet project demands.
  • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain a strong vendor database to support production.
  • Priority Setting: Define and communicate production priorities clearly to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Crew & Talent Management: Oversee crew and talent coordination as needed.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with:

  • 8-10 years of experience in studio production coordination or management.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and budgeting software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
