Job Overview:

The Production Supervisor is a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of production. This position requires exceptional leadership and coordination skills to manage and direct a team of production workers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management
  • Direct and oversee the activities of production staff.
  • Mentor and coach technicians to optimize their performance.
  • Coordinate work assignments and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Production Coordination
  • Oversee the entire production process to guarantee meeting production targets.
  • Analyze production schedules and adjust workflows as needed to meet deadlines.
  • E nsure that all production operations comply with established policies and procedures.
Quality Assurance
  • Maintain the highest standards of product quality.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Control team for regular inspections, quality checks, and punch closing.
  • Address any quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary in conjunction with the QC team.
Safety and Compliance
  • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Promote a safe working environment and enforce safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes to boost efficiency.
  • Work closely with management to develop and execute production strategies.
  • Analyze production data and prepare comprehensive reports on performance.
Resource Management
  • Manage inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to guarantee timely availability of necessary materials.
  • Ensure all equipment and machinery are well-maintained.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities as required.
Essential Qualifications:
  • More than five (5) years of experience in a production setting.
  • Demonstrated track record in supervising production teams.
  • Proven expertise in managing production schedules and achieving production targets.
  • Experience in coordinating maintenance and repair activities.
