Commercial Operations Associate

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Operations Associate to support our business strategy and operations by delivering cutting edge analytics from a broad set of data sources.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients to deliver incentive compensation plans that drive desirable behavior and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Goal Setting, IC design, and implementation of effective incentive compensation admin processes.
  • Utilize SQL and advanced Excel skills to analyze sales data and generate reports.
  • Assist in call planning and targeting strategies by leveraging data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Life Sciences, etc).
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Knowledge of call planning and targeting methodologies.
  • Sound understanding of IC plans and admin concepts, Goal Setting, and IC Health Check.
  • Experience with sales force automation tools and systems.
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, highly motivated and good work ethic.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tableau/ Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Experience with Alteryx for data blending and advanced analytics.
  • Familiarity with SAS/Python for statistical analysis and modelling.
