Procurement Manager Job Description

The Procurement Manager is responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services. This role involves strategic planning, sourcing, contracting, and supplier management to meet the company's needs.

  • Plan and implement procurement strategies to achieve business objectives;
  • Determine the most suitable suppliers and negotiate contracts that balance price and quality;
  • Manage relationships with existing suppliers to ensure continued satisfaction and compliance;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate procurement activities into the overall supply chain;
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement;
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field;
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale procurements and negotiating complex contracts;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks;
