Job Title: Freelance Telecaller

Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled professionals to fill the role of Freelance Telecaller. This position requires promoting and generating leads for various financial products under our Direct Selling Agent (DSA) channel.

Main Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote loan products and increase sales.
• Explaining financial products, eligibility, documentation, and benefits to customers in a clear and professional manner.
• Generating leads, scheduling appointments, and forwarding qualified leads to the sales/loan processing team.
• Recording daily call logs, lead status, and follow-up records.
• Achieving assigned targets of calls, leads, and loan disbursements.
• Providing excellent customer service, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with financial sector regulations.

Key Qualifications:

• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or financial product sales is preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, or Regional language.
• Basic understanding of loan products, banking, or financial services is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
