
Government Solutions Specialist

As a senior government solutions specialist, you will be responsible for fostering deep connections with government and PSU stakeholders. You will possess a strong understanding of client requirements and develop tailored technology solutions to meet their needs.
You will lead the bid and proposal management process, analyzing RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents to craft compelling techno-commercial proposals. Your expertise in compliance frameworks and commercial acumen will ensure seamless execution of bids and tenders.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Engagement & Solutioning
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with government and PSU clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend bespoke technology solutions.
- Bid & Proposal Management
- Review and analyze RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality techno-commercial proposals, compliance matrices, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Technical Support & Documentation
- Design and develop solution presentations, Bills of Material (BoMs), and technical documentation.
- Support Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and product demonstrations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance teams to finalize proposals.
- Market & Compliance Awareness
- Stay up-to-date with government procurement norms, including GeM platform and eProcurement guidelines.
- At least 2 - 5 years of experience in Presales, Bid Management, or Solution Consulting for Government/PSU clients.
- Strong knowledge of government tender processes, techno-commercial documentation, and compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with ITSM, NMS, or IT infrastructure monitoring solutions is a plus.
