Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and possess:

• Strong communication skills in English for handling customer inquiries via chat, phone calls, and email.

• In-depth knowledge of products, policies, and processes to address customer concerns efficiently.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

• Order management expertise, including assisting customers with order placement, tracking, modifications, and cancellations.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses via various channels.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the FMCG industry.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
