Marketplace Growth Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Marketplace Growth Lead to drive revenue growth on multiple Quick Commerce platforms.

  • Revenue Growth: Responsible for driving revenue on multiple Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zomato, Swiggy, etc.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research, understand competition & market trends.
  • Product Cataloguing: Lead the team for product cataloguing, A+ content, and search engine optimization to get the best listings.
  • Relationship Management: Manage relationships with related personnel within the designated marketplaces.
  • Inventory Management: Work with the operations team to manage shipments/POs to reduce stock-out time.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports and work with management & seniors to forecast future performance and data-oriented skills.
  • Key Account Management: Handle Key Accounts Management, Category and Catalogue management.

Requirements:

  • Beauty & Personal Care: Interest and willingness to work with beauty and personal care sector is a strong advantage.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate the objectives and needs of the brand to all stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Multitasking: Proven ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Management: Proven ability to manage a team of associates to drive marketplace channels.

Key Skills:

Strong understanding of Quick Commerce business models and market dynamics.

Ability to analyze complex data sets and create actionable insights.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with inventory management and supply chain optimization.
