Marketing Cloud Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Cloud Intelligence Specialist to deliver high-quality dashboard reporting and provide a comprehensive view of marketing performance for clients.

This role involves working with our team to build and maintain marketing and advertising dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (previously Datorama). You will be responsible for managing data streams, creating visualisations, and providing insights to drive commercial growth.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3+ years' experience using MCI/Datorama including managing data streams
  • A solid understanding of key metrics used within the marketing and advertising industry
  • Demonstrated experience building marketing and advertising dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (previously Datorama)
  • Experience in Data Mapping and Normalisation
  • Experience with Datorama Data Streams, APIs, and TotalConnect
  • Knowledge of pivot tables, calculated fields, and advanced visualisations
  • Experience with SQL helpful but not necessary
  • Understanding of marketing performance metrics (impressions, CTR, CPL, ROAS, attribution models)
  • Understanding of data governance, QA, and troubleshooting data discrepancies
  • Experience in visualising data to tell a story/give a holistic view of marketing performance
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients
  • A passion for data and reporting with a proactive approach to professional development and knowledge sharing
