We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business performance, achieving targets, and motivating their team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and clear communication to team members.
  • Track and update operational performance reports weekly.
  • Drive outbound telesales/lead generation activities in line with targets.
  • Provide constructive feedback and implement action plans.
  • Manage performance metrics and ensure contractual obligations are met.
Requirements:
  • Graduate with at least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or similar role.
  • BPO background preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills required.
  • Experience in outbound telesales, lead generation, and customer interaction.
  • Hands-on experience working with dialers.
