Job Overview:

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated professionals to join our Customer Service Team as an Associate.

About the Role:

This is a 24*7 - 6 days working role where you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 0-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy (30 WPM / 90% Accuracy).
  • Familiarity with MS Office and internet applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
