Project Leader Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution, delivery, and team performance. This position involves managing scope, quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction while ensuring team growth.

Main Responsibilities:
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery with a focus on quality and timely outcomes.
Manage project scope, timeline, and resources for assigned projects.
Develop proposals, review estimations, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
Mentor team members, identify skill gaps, and plan training initiatives.
Establish strong governance and structured project reporting mechanisms.
Act as a single point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and relationship management.
Promote and implement mature processes, quality practices, and change management plans.
Evaluate and adopt tools, methods, and policies to improve project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven expertise in project and delivery management.
Strong scope and customer relationship management.
Experience with PLM platforms like 3DEXPERIENCE/ARAS (preferred).Leadership in people management, retention strategies, and process implementation.
