Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Proactive Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging course content, providing personalized support to students, and assessing learner progress.

The Proactive Trainer will work closely with our team to develop and implement new training materials that meet the evolving needs of learners. This is a part-time freelance role that requires strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in Corporate Training: Our ideal candidate will have experience in delivering corporate trainings and a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role. The trainer must be able to effectively communicate complex ideas to learners from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in Online Teaching Tools: Proficiency in online teaching tools and virtual learning environments is necessary for this role. The trainer must be able to navigate these platforms with ease and provide technical support as needed.
  • Assessment and Feedback: The trainer must be able to assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to help learners improve their skills.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for this role. The trainer must be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or Related Field: A bachelor's degree in education or a related field is required for this role.

The trainer will also assist in developing and implementing new training materials to meet the evolving needs of learners.

The timings for this role are 4 hours or 8 hours daily online. The trainer will have the flexibility to choose their schedule and work at their own pace.
