Job Title: Automotive Industry Leadership Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to drive revenue growth in the automotive components space.

The ideal candidate will have deep exposure to Indian OEMs and a proven record of managing high-value accounts and new product programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with domestic OEM customers.
  • Drive sales planning strategies.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across India.
  • Oversee successful execution of new product programs as part of cross-functional teams.
  • Track sales vs. targets and take ownership of realization.
  • Develop and expand business in the Hoses & Pipes segment.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Key Account Management in the automotive components industry.
  • Graduate in Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong understanding of OEM sales, project management, and automotive quality expectations.
  • Experience handling fluid transmission solutions (hoses, pipes) is preferred.
  • Proven success in leading customer-centric initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
