Quality Systems Leader

This role is a strategic opportunity to join our organization and lead the development of our Quality Management System. We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in quality systems, particularly in the automotive and metal fabrication industries.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, Maruti Suzuki VSA, and sustainability systems. They will be responsible for establishing processes that align with global Tier 1 expectations, while creating a culture of quality, compliance, and factory discipline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, manage, and strictly enforce IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements across all departments
  • Prepare and lead internal audits, customer audits (VSA, Honda QAV, JCB), and certification audits (ISO, TUV, VDA)
  • Drive discipline and ownership of systems across production, quality, maintenance, NPD, and purchase teams
