Purchasing Expert Needed

Our organization is looking for an experienced Purchasing Expert to handle the procurement of electrical materials, components, and equipment. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in a related industry and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Source and procure high-quality electrical materials, components, and equipment from reliable suppliers
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and stay updated on industry trends
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to ensure the best possible deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster long-term partnerships
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Manage purchase orders, contracts, and documentation efficiently

Requirements:

  • A male candidate with 4-5 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with people at all levels
  • Proficiency in writing professional emails in English
