We are seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Campaign Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing end-to-end campaigns for influencer marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
- Identify and manage relationships with influencers based on campaign requirements.
- Facilitate communication with influencers regarding briefs, deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
- Maintain campaign integrity by ensuring deliverables align with brand objectives.
- Monitor live campaigns, track content performance, and proactively address any issues that may arise.
- Compile campaign reports, performance trackers, and final delivery decks for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, pricing, and design) to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Ensure timely invoicing, documentation, and database management for influencer collaborations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing (internships included).
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with influencers and clients.
- Able to multitask and deliver results under tight timelines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats, and campaign tracking tools.
- A problem-solving attitude and eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment.
