About the Role:

Yaap is a digital marketing company operating in a rapidly growing segment of the marketing industry.

We're looking for an analyst who can turn influencer marketing performance data into actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large datasets across social media platforms and campaign reports.

You'll play a critical role in measuring ROI, understanding audience impact, and guiding creative and strategic influencer decisions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing influencer campaign data from multiple sources.
  • Preparing visually appealing presentations reflecting data, insights, and analytics.
  • Identifying high-performing influencers and trends to optimize future campaigns.
  • Working closely with strategy, account management, and creative teams to provide insights that shape influencer selection and content direction.
  • Building predictive models for influencer performance and audience impact.
  • Conducting competitive benchmarking and market analysis for influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Providing post-campaign analysis with clear storytelling (data → insights → recommendations).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in data analysis (experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or media analytics is a plus).
  • Excellent MSExcel and MSPowerpoint skills.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools.
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics.
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
