Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Client Engagement Associate to manage inbound client inquiries, understand their requirements, and position our services effectively.

This role involves converting prospects into long-term relationships by serving as the primary point of contact for inbound leads via calls, emails, and website inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a consultative and solutions-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Inquiries Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound leads via calls, emails, and website inquiries.
  • Requirements Understanding: Understand client requirements and communicate how our research and consulting solutions can address them.
  • Lead Qualification and Proposal: Qualify leads, prepare customized proposals, and follow up to drive conversions.
  • Collaboration and Solutions Design: Collaborate with the team to design solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with clients to foster repeat business and long-term engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client engagement, business development, or inbound sales (preferably in research, consulting, or professional services).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A consultative and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritize effectively.
