We're looking for a highly skilled recruiter to join us as a Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, hiring managers, and HR contacts to anticipate future recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders and hiring managers
  • Gain a deep understanding of assigned businesses to anticipate future recruitment needs
  • Ensure effective communication with the hiring manager community and senior business stakeholders
  • Actively seek and act on feedback from key stakeholders
  • Analyze and communicate recruitment trends, results, and insights to drive future recruitment activity
  • Communicate process and benefits of our solution to key stakeholders
  • Key Governance and Compliance:

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Search/RPO firms or open to hiring quick learners with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong experience in hiring for manufacturing, sales & marketing, corporate roles preferably in steel, mining, chemical industry or agrochemicals, fertilizer, pharmaceutical, petrochemicals & FMCG space
  • Strong knowledge of professional network and job portals usage
  • Head Hunting Skills
  • Positive attitude towards work
  • Experience of engaging specialized, high-skilled, or difficult-to-attract talent
  • High target and delivery orientation
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management (ATS)
  • Boolean/advanced searches
