Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electronic Systems Sales Professional to join our dynamic sales team. This role will play a vital part in driving business growth, expanding our customer base, and delivering exceptional post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development: Identify and target prospective clients through market research, developing tailored sales strategies to effectively promote our LT Panels and Control Panel Solutions.
  • Sales Pitch and Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations, present technical specifications, and deliver compelling sales pitches to key decision-makers.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Set and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals through proactive engagement and relationship-building with customers.
  • Market Expansion: Expand the company's presence in the market by identifying new opportunities and penetrating untapped markets for LT Panels and Control Panel Solutions.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales or engineering are highly desirable.
  • A minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electronics, automation, or control systems industry.
  • Proven experience in selling LT Panels, Control Panel Solutions, or similar electrical and automation products.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Skills and Attributes:
    • Strong technical knowledge of LT Panels and Control Panel Solutions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales projects simultaneously.
    • Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities, especially when providing customer support and troubleshooting.
    • Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events.
Estimated Salary Range:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
