Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Electronic Systems Sales Professional to join our dynamic sales team. This role will play a vital part in driving business growth, expanding our customer base, and delivering exceptional post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Identify and target prospective clients through market research, developing tailored sales strategies to effectively promote our LT Panels and Control Panel Solutions.
- Sales Pitch and Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations, present technical specifications, and deliver compelling sales pitches to key decision-makers.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Set and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals through proactive engagement and relationship-building with customers.
- Market Expansion: Expand the company's presence in the market by identifying new opportunities and penetrating untapped markets for LT Panels and Control Panel Solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales or engineering are highly desirable.
- A minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electronics, automation, or control systems industry.
- Proven experience in selling LT Panels, Control Panel Solutions, or similar electrical and automation products.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Skills and Attributes:
- Strong technical knowledge of LT Panels and Control Panel Solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales projects simultaneously.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, especially when providing customer support and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events.
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience.
