
Brand Communications Strategist

We are seeking a strategic communications leader to drive PR, brand reputation, and corporate visibility for our organization. This role combines narrative-building with hands-on execution—working closely with management, leadership, and internal teams to amplify the voice of our company across traditional and digital channels.
This position requires both strategy and execution, with a focus on building trust and awareness in a regulated sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead our corporate communication and brand positioning strategy for the Indian market.
- Define and maintain a consistent brand identity, voice, and messaging framework across all touchpoints.
- Drive reputation management efforts with a balance of storytelling, credibility, and compliance.
- Build and manage strong relationships with India's top-tier business, technology, and fintech media.
- Manage CXO positioning through industry commentary, interviews, and speaker engagements.
- Lead ORM across platforms using monitoring and sentiment tools.
- Conceptualize and launch branded content series and thought leadership platforms.
- Manage end-to-end execution, performance measurement, and partner coordination.
- Oversee development of key brand assets—press kits, media FAQs, brand decks, speeches, product FAQs, and regulatory messaging.
Requirements:
8–12 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or brand management, preferably in fintech, BFSI, payments, or regulated industries.
Strong experience in media relations, reputation strategy, and stakeholder storytelling.
Familiar with handling CXO visibility and founder-led narratives.
Hands-on with ORM tools, sentiment tracking, and digital listening.
Proven experience launching branded content/IPs or sponsorship-led marketing initiatives.
Exceptional communication, project management, and agency leadership skills.
India-focused comms experience across metros, Tier 2/3 markets, and digital-first communities.
