The Opportunity

As a Brand Experience Designer & Visual Storyteller, you will craft the visual identity and storytelling voice seen by thousands across platforms. This is an ownership role – more than managing social media, you will shape our brand's look, tone, and engagement strategy. You'll create everything from logos and dashboards to viral social campaigns using the latest AI design tools. If you want to build a global brand and bring your creative vision to life at an early-stage startup, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Design our visual language including logos, typography, color systems, brand guidelines, and digital product UI/UX
  • Lead creation of content for Instagram, Twitter, including reels, carousels, infographics, case studies, and videos
  • Plan and execute creative campaigns that boost brand resonance and community growth worldwide
  • Use AI-powered tools like Figma AI, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva to create and iterate faster
  • Collaborate closely with founders and product teams to ensure brand consistency and purposeful storytelling
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize content for maximum engagement
  • Grow your own voice as a brand ambassador if you choose to, fluency in creator culture is a bonus

Requirements

  • 2–4 years experience in brand design, digital marketing, or social media content creation (startup experience a plus)
  • Strong graphic design skills using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and basic video editing
  • Deep understanding of digital storytelling and creator economy aesthetics
  • Experience with AI design and content generation tools to supercharge your creativity
  • Portfolio showcasing branding, campaign materials, social content, and product design
  • Excellent written English; Hindi or multilingual skills a plus
  • Proactive, independent, and ready to take ownership in a fast-moving environment
  • Bonus: Existing or aspiring personal brand or social presence
