About Us

We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to join our team. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plant machinery and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintenance departments, with a strong background in electrical, electronics, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, computer, and automation systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive preventive, predictive, and shutdown maintenance programs for machines;
  • Designing and reconditioning machine control panels;
  • Material procurement, vendor development, and negotiation;
  • Training and guiding maintenance crew members;
  • Analyzing breakdowns and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

The successful candidate will be able to contribute to the strategic planning of various maintenance functions and work independently.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (B.E./Diploma);
  • At least 15-20 years of hands-on experience in maintenance departments, preferably in manufacturing industries;
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analyzing skills;
  • Strong knowledge of standardizing, evaluating, and controlling machine spares;
  • Familiarity with work and quality systems such as ISO, TS-16949, 5S, and TPM;
  • Proficiency in designing and reconditioning machine control panels;
  • Ability to train and guide maintenance crew members;
  • Good understanding of legal compliance and environmental norms.
