The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing sales strategies, and maintaining relationships with restaurant owners.
Gathering sales leads from the market and actively approaching restaurants to partner with our company is a key responsibility. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, be able to advise on market-related issues, and offer solutions.
Maintaining operational performance reporting, streamlining processes, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish are also crucial responsibilities.
The role involves managing sales individually, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, agreed targets, and promoting the organization's presence and expense controls. Meeting agreed targets and promoting the organization's presence are key objectives.
As the face of our company in the market, the candidate should be confident, pleasing, and a go-getter personality with effective communication skills, attitude, and aptitude for sales. The ideal candidate should be a team player, working alongside people from all walks of life, analytical, and possess good Excel skills.
Leadership and influencing skills are essential, including identifying, building, and using a wide network of contacts with people at all levels internally and externally. Achieving good results through a well-planned approach, initiative, flexibility, and recognizing the need to adapt to change and implement appropriate solutions are critical.
The successful candidate should be able to identify opportunities and recommend influence for change to increase effectiveness and success on campaigns. Demonstrating creativity and originality in work, having the personal drive and initiative to bring about change, and helping drive the business forward are essential qualities.
The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree with 2 years of experience in sales, good working knowledge, and experience of e-commerce activities and all online marketing channels. A pleasing personality with effective communication skills, attitude, and aptitude for sales is required.
