• Develop and implement comprehensive EHS strategies to ensure regulatory compliance and minimize environmental impact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain necessary statutory clearances and approvals.
• Prepare feasibility reports, technical presentations, and manage documentation related to EHS.

Safety, Health, and Environmental (HSE) Compliance

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE-related SOPs, manuals, and legal requirements.

• Develop and implement Safety, Health, Environment, and Fire Management Systems.
• Conduct internal audits, gap analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Proactively identify HSE risks and implement preventive measures.

Environmental Laboratory Setup

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and commissioning pollution control laboratories for monitoring air, water, noise, and soil.

• Install automated monitoring systems and ensure regulatory compliance.

Water and Wastewater Treatment Facilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing WTPs, ETPs, and STPs.

• Lead the commissioning, operation, and maintenance of physico-chemical, anaerobic, and aerobic treatment plants.

Horticulture and Greenbelt Development The successful candidate will be responsible for developing greenbelt, landscaping, and beautification of plant premises.

• Implement eco-restoration of solid waste areas and rainwater harvesting systems.

Solid Waste and Fly Ash Management The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing solid waste landfill management, mine filling, and topsoil restoration.

• Operate and maintain fly ash brick manufacturing for waste utilization.

Awareness and Engagement Programs The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting environmental awareness programs for employees and local communities.

• Organize events like World Environment Day, Earth Day, and departmental audits.

Reporting and Documentation The successful candidate will be responsible for translating and preparing EIA reports in Hindi for public hearings.

• Prepare reports for rainwater harvesting, audits, and sustainability metrics.

Key Achievements The successful candidate will have achieved:

• Successfully implemented ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and OHSAS 18001 as Management Representative.
• Executed Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) and corporate sustainability reporting.
• Recognized for zero waste practices and use of alternative fuels to reduce consumption.
• Minimized fugitive emissions through efficient environmental technologies.
