We are seeking a skilled Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the booking process and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Conversion: Proactively engage with inbound leads, guide them through the booking process, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  2. Customer Interaction: Understand students' unique requirements and provide personalized accommodation recommendations.
  3. Market Expertise: Build in-depth knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer expert advice.
  4. Follow-Up: Maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and timely follow-ups to ensure closure.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Supply teams to optimize the booking process and enhance the customer experience.
  6. Data Management: Accurately record and manage all customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in neutral English.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or similar software.
  • Prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus.
  • Industry experience in real estate, hospitality, business development, or customer service is preferred.
