Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to spearhead the integration of Atlassian products into our workplace platform.

This is an exciting opportunity to own strategy, integrations, and adoption while delighting users every step of the way.

  • Owning the Atlassian product roadmap involves maintaining the product backlog and prioritizing work to deliver value to employees.
  • Partnering with stakeholders requires uncovering pain points, mapping processes, and translating them into innovative solutions.
  • Leading discovery workshops, rapid prototypes, and proof-of-concepts will unlock new ways of working.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience administering Jira and Confluence, with at least 3 years in a business systems or product ownership capacity for organizations of 5,000+ users.

  • Proven record leading cross-functional projects from discovery through rollout using Agile, Prosci/ADKAR, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong integration skills with REST APIs, webhooks, and scripting (e.g., Python, Node.js).
  • Fluency with analytics and reporting tools such as eazyBI, Tableau, or BigQuery.
