Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in log monitoring tools, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and software development tools (Grafana, Splunk, Docker, Kubernetes). They should also possess excellent analytical skills, be able to thrive in a dynamic environment, and provide top-notch quality support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Combine Application Support Engineer and Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) responsibilities to ensure stability, reliability, and performance of Digital and eTrading platforms.
  • Provide responsive application support, enhance monitoring systems, and automate processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • 4-9 years of experience in log monitoring tools.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience with software development tools (Grafana, Splunk, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with Python and version control systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing quality support to internal and external clients.
