Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and approach customers in research labs, diagnostics, and biotech R&D to promote our recombinant proteins.
  2. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to raise awareness of our products and services.
  3. Maintain pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools to inform business decisions.
  4. Act as a bridge between customers and our R&D team to facilitate feedback-driven innovation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in life sciences business development or marketing.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Biotech, Biochemistry, or Molecular Biology, with an MBA/PGDM preferred.
  • Strong scientific understanding and ability to engage with researchers and biotech founders.
  • Hands-on experience with sales/marketing tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent.
