We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead commercial growth and drive business development in the life sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities- Identify and approach customers in research labs, diagnostics, and biotech R&D to promote our recombinant proteins.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to raise awareness of our products and services.
- Maintain pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools to inform business decisions.
- Act as a bridge between customers and our R&D team to facilitate feedback-driven innovation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in life sciences business development or marketing.
- A Bachelor's degree in Biotech, Biochemistry, or Molecular Biology, with an MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Strong scientific understanding and ability to engage with researchers and biotech founders.
- Hands-on experience with sales/marketing tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent.
