We are seeking a skilled Storage Administrator to fulfill a mission-critical role in Visakhapatnam, India.

The ideal candidate will have experience with storage administration, ITIL processes, and incident management.

This position involves providing level 2 and 3 support for storage systems in a high-stakes banking environment. Responsibilities include performing daily health checks, monitoring, and routine tasks using established runbooks.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulator requirements, participating in disaster recovery and business continuity planning drills to maintain platform readiness, and owning documentation, evidence-driven troubleshooting, and clear communication with stakeholders.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to work extended hours and participate in on-call rotation.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide level 2 and 3 support for storage systems in a high-stakes banking environment.
  • Perform daily health checks, monitoring, and routine tasks using established runbooks.
  • Acknowledge and triage alerts; log and update incidents in ServiceNow/BMC.
  • Execute backups/restores and routine jobs under change and supervision.
  • Escalate to level 2 and 3 with accurate diagnostics, logs, and metrics.
  • Maintain compliance with PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulator requirements.
  • Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning drills.
