Category Growth Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Toys category and drive its growth through strategic planning, brand management, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling businesses, managing end-to-end brand lifecycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
">- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow the Toys category, including identifying new opportunities, expanding product assortment, and optimizing supply chain operations.
- Manage the lifecycle of global brands, from onboarding to launching them across e-commerce marketplaces and offline retail channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
- Drive profitability and scalability through margin management and GMV contribution.
- Prior experience in category management, with a focus on offline retail and e-commerce.
- Deep understanding of consumer behavior, product assortment, manufacturing, and supplier networks within the Toys industry.
- Expertise in marketplace/retail selling, including category strategy, pricing, visibility, and marketing levers.
- Demonstrated success in scaling assortment and lifecycle SKU management.
- Proven record of cross-functional collaboration across brand, ops, tech, and analytics.
