  • Handle inbound leads and initial conversations via calls, email, live chat, and Zoom.
  • Craft and share basic solar quotes and follow-ups.
  • Closing opportunities via defined scripts and support workflows.
  • Log lead updates and sales activities in CRM under senior guidance.
  • Participate in training sessions and daily sales huddles.
About the Role

You'll learn the ropes of international solar sales by working closely with our experienced team members.

  • Educate yourself on solar benefits, rebates, and client pain points.
  • Develop strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to drive sales growth.
  • Show self-motivation, target-driven behavior, and a strong team-oriented mindset.
