Senior Manager Analytics Position

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of Analytics to lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions. This role will drive business growth through data-driven insights, leveraging expertise in machine learning models, deep learning algorithms, and emerging technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of relevant experience in ML/DL, with a fully technical background. A strong understanding of NLP, deep learning, and neural networks is essential. Proficiency in Python and at least one of the Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch) is required. Familiarity with MLOps tools (Dagster, Airflow, MLFlow, etc.) to build orchestration pipelines and enable model versioning and tracking is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and deep learning algorithms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven strategies.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in NLP, generative AI, and other emerging technologies.
  • Design and implement scalable architecture for production-ready projects.
  • Work closely with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and ASGI frameworks (FastAPI) to expose solutions as API endpoints.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in ML/DL, with a fully technical background.
  • Experience focused on production projects only, with no capstone or internet-based projects.
  • Proven experience in ML/AI development, particularly in ML, with a strong understanding of NLP, deep learning, and neural networks.
  • Proficiency in Python and at least one of the Deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch).
  • Familiarity with NLP libraries (NLTK, SpaCy, and Huggingface transformers).
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI models and their architectures.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools (Dagster, Airflow, MLFlow, etc.) to build orchestration pipelines and enable model versioning and tracking.
