At WorkQuest India, we are seeking a skilled Import Export Documentation Specialist to join our team.

As an Import Export Documentation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of import and export documentation for our organization.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of import/export documentation, including Bill of Entry/Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and Phytosanitary certificates.

You will be responsible for coordinating with transporters, forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely clearance of goods.

In addition, you will work closely with buyers and suppliers to resolve any documentation-related issues.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in import/export documentation, preferably in a similar role.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around ₹600,000 - ₹800,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Located in Satellite, Ahmedabad, this role offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic environment.

Please note that male candidates are preferred, with an age limit of 26-45 years.
