We are seeking a skilled Document Coordinator to join our team at WorkQuest India. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of import/export documentation, including Bills of Entry, Shipping Bills, and Certificates of Origin.

The Document Coordinator will be responsible for:

  1. Coordinating with transporters, forwarders, and shipping lines.
  2. Collaborating with buyers and suppliers.
  3. Preparing Sales MIS and Inventory MIS reports.

Requirements:

  • Any graduation degree, preferably in English medium.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and MS Office.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Male candidates preferred, aged 26-45.

Location: Satellite, Ahmedabad.
