Villa Development Manager

Job Description:
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of luxury villa projects from planning and design coordination to construction, interiors, finishing, and handover.

This high-impact leadership role requires extensive site presence, hands-on problem-solving, and a zero-tolerance approach to anything less than perfection in quality, aesthetics, and functionality.

  • Lead and oversee all phases of luxury villa projects.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans to ensure precision, quality, and timely execution.
  • Personally monitor site progress through daily visits, snagging, and finishing inspections.
  • Resolve execution challenges swiftly while safeguarding luxury standards.
  • Drive value engineering to optimize costs without diluting design or finish.

Main Responsibilities Include:

Project planning and execution, quality and detailing, team leadership and engagement, financial and contractual oversight, and stakeholder management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical and managerial expertise across project management, construction, and interiors.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure.
  • High proficiency in construction finance, billing, and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to be site-focused with extensive travel and on-ground presence.
