Podcast Producer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Podcast Producer to join our team and contribute to the success of our podcasts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in podcast production, audio storytelling, and research. They will be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing engaging podcast episodes from idea generation to post-production.

  • Plan and produce high-quality podcast episodes that meet the show's vision and audience expectations.
  • Identify and book compelling voices that align with the show's theme and tone.
  • Research and shortlist potential guests/interviewees relevant to the topic or series theme.

The selected candidate will work closely with hosts, guests, writers, and audio teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of podcast episodes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end production of podcast episodes, including concept development, scriptwriting, recording, editing, and mixing.
  • Coordinate with hosts, guests, writers, and audio teams to ensure timely and efficient production.
  • Manage and optimize content for YouTube, including thumbnails, metadata, and titles.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in podcast production or audio storytelling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple episodes and deadlines in parallel, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
