">The primary responsibilities include performing audio quality checks, delivering files according to client specifications, and maintaining the audio equipment to ensure optimal functionality without malfunctions or downtime.
">As an Audio QC Specialist, you will:
">- Perform thorough audio conforms and QCs on stereo, 5.1 surround, and Dolby Atmos mixes for quality assurance purposes.
- Identify various audio anomalies and address them by either fixing issues or reporting back to the mixing team.
- Maintain accurate work trackers and update task assignments in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the team to contribute to departmental goals and objectives.
Key skills required for this position include:
">- Expertise in audio localization, dubbing, and quality control for OTT and home entertainment content.
- Proficiency in Avid Pro Tools software & hardware and familiarity with Avid control surfaces.
- Strong technical understanding of digital audio, sample rates, bit depth, synchronization concepts, and video codecs.
- Ability to comprehend client requirements and deliver accordingly.
Requirements:
">- Good working knowledge in Avid Pro Tools software & hardware.
- Understanding of audio workflows in post-production for content related to OTT and home entertainment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to stay focused under pressure.
