Our company is seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Manager to lead the way in customer satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong, long-term relationships with clients and driving measurable value through solution alignment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for assigned clients, providing expert guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Develop and maintain strategic client plans to drive revenue growth and identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling IT services or solutions.
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and consultants to deliver high-quality projects and resolve any issues that may arise.

The Client Relationship Manager will also be responsible for:

Leadership and Mentoring:
  • Providing leadership and mentoring to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
  • Conducting regular status reviews and governance meetings with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the services provided.

In addition, the Client Relationship Manager will:

Track key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and engagement health metrics to measure the success of our services. Prepare management information system (MIS) reports, dashboards, and client presentations to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication within the team to ensure seamless delivery of projects and excellent client experiences.
