Job Title: Program Director

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead projects within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in German.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning sessions and oversee all project progress.
  • Coordinate staff and internal resources to ensure effective project execution.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to meet project requirements.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff to inform decision-making.
  • Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach to enhance project outcomes.
  • Secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects to drive business expansion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or related field.
  • 8-11 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in German language required.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Experience in managing medium to large projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with project management software tools such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
